At the helm of Baltic Bridge is our visionary founder, Kat Schmidt-Stevens, who boasts over 15 years of invaluable experience in the construction industry. Kat's journey began in architecture, where her passion for precision and organisation led her to the world of document control.
Having worked closely with main contractors, Kat observed a common challenge: the lack of dedicated document control support among consultants and subcontractors. This gap not only impacted project timelines but also resulted in errors within systems, affecting project efficiency and outcomes.
Driven by a desire to enhance project processes and elevate industry standards, Kat founded Baltic Bridge. Her mission is clear: to bridge the divide in document control services, ensuring that all project stakeholders have access to expert support and streamlined processes.

Our Experience
With a combined experience of over 10 years in document control and information management, our team brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to the table. Having worked with various stakeholders in the industry, including sub-contractors, consultants, and tier 1 main contractors, we have a deep understanding of the intricacies of project documentation.
Our team is well-versed in a multitude of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow management. From small-scale projects to multimillion-pound endeavors, we have successfully managed document control processes across the board.
